I want to say thank you to Cole. There were so many options and combinations to choose from, I was lost. Cole was friendly and so polite. He asked what I wanted to do that day and made great suggestions. I was able to select the best deal for my family. My granddaughters had the best time! I had purchased enough points for them to play the entire time we visited, plus have pizza, drinks, and Dip-n-Dots. No tears about missing out on anything. Thank you Cole! PS - Chuck E. Cheese walked around several different times while we were there. He greeted kids everywhere. That mouse made so many kids happy!!

No idea why they have two pre-teens working the front and all around. Absolutely no idea what they are doing. Same thing as talking to a cup of water. No self awareness, no customer service skills. Had no response on my simple questions. Pizza took 3 hours cause they didn’t put it in the system. Every time I asked the little teen girl a question she had to walk around asking everyone else and every time she never came back to answer my question. Kept leaving the front unattended to go hug and chit-chat in the kitchen with the African American teen boy that was also as clueless as a butterfly. PARENTS and grown kids in the jumping space that’s meant for small kids. No one did anything. Anyone can literally just walk in, play at the expense of others, jump and probably have a drink for free. What a joke of a place. Seriously, this place needs either a new whole management/employee replacement or close down. Extremely poor service, quality and poor management. Guy making pizzas is NOT WERING GLOVES, HANDLING FOOD BARE HANDED.

I had a great time at Chuck E Cheese for my birthday. My two years old granddaughter had a great time. The staff was perfect, food was good, and I enjoyed playing the games. Very clean. Chuck E Cheese is a great place to get out of the July heat. My overall experience was Excellent. Thank you management

Had a party here today, it was great. The staff was AWESOME, very professional and friendly. I cant say enough good things about Chuckie, he was absolutely 💯 👌 🔥 amazing. Very interactive, nice a great time all together! Thank you for a great birthday experience!

My son celebrated his 7th birthday and it was great. Host was very attentive and manager checked in. The show was excellent. Overall we enjoyed everything.
